Veterinary Technician (position filled)

Taylor Brook Animal Hospital is seeking a highly motivated, part time or possibly full time, experienced Veterinary Technician. The ideal candidate possesses experience as a technician in a fast paced environment and experience in the animal healthcare field. It will be vital for this candidate to have great computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. The perfect candidate for this position will have an upbeat and happy personality, the ability to multi-task, be compassionate, flexible and the desire to learn new skills as well as utilize already established skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in anesthesia monitoring for surgery and dental procedures, restraint, radiology, performing blood draws, placing catheters, performing lab functions, client education and general veterinary assisting duties. Must also have good general knowledge about veterinary products, will be excited to learn more, will be flexible, and possess great multi-tasking, phone and people skills. The candidate will have the ability to lift 50lbs. The position requires patience and a pleasant manner. Salary is appropriate with abilities and working knowledge of all products and services!

Client Service Representative (position filled) 

A highly motivated, full-time, experienced Client Service Representative to add to our team. CSR’s are responsible for greeting clients, differentiating routine cases from emergency cases; scheduling appointments; entering client, patient, and financial data into the computer; generating invoices and explaining them to clients; and processing payments. The ideal candidate possesses experience as a receptionist in a fast paced environment and experience in the animal healthcare field. It will be vital for this candidate to have great computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Bonus working knowledge of Avimark, but not required. The perfect candidate for this position will have an upbeat and happy personality, have good general knowledge about veterinary medicine, will be excited to learn more, will be flexible, (Saturdays are required) and possess great multi-tasking, phone and people skills. The candidate will have the ability to lift 50lbs. The position requires patience and a pleasant manner. Salary is appropriate with abilities and working knowledge of all products and services!
